Macaroni Making Machine

Macaroni Making Machine Overview

A macaroni making machine extrudes semolina dough through a tubular die under pressure, then cuts it to length as it exits — producing the familiar hollow macaroni tube shape ready for drying and packing.

We build both automatic (PLC-controlled, 200 kg/h) and semi-automatic lines, so you can choose the configuration that matches your production volume and budget.

Automatic vs Semi-Automatic

Our automatic macaroni machine runs on a fully PLC-controlled panel with VFD drive for consistent, hands-off production at up to 200 kg/h. The semi-automatic version gives smaller producers the same SS 304 build quality at a lower entry cost.

Both machines pair with our continuous conveyor dryers and rotary roasters to build a complete macaroni production line.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the production capacity of an automatic macaroni machine?

Our automatic macaroni machine runs at up to 200 kg/h with a fully PLC-controlled panel and VFD drive. The semi-automatic version suits smaller production volumes at a lower entry cost.

What material are the machine parts made of?

All food-contact parts are SS 304 food-grade stainless steel, ensuring hygienic, corrosion-resistant operation suitable for continuous industrial use.

Can macaroni machines produce other pasta shapes too?

Yes. Changing the die and cutter setup lets the same machine produce penne, fusilli and other short-cut pasta shapes.
