Pasta Making Machine

Pasta Making Machine Overview

Our pasta making machines extrude, cut and shape semolina dough into a wide range of pasta forms in one continuous line — macaroni, penne, fusilli and short-cut varieties are all possible off the same base machine with a die change.

Each machine uses a vacuum-assisted extruder for denser, better-textured dough, an in-line cutting unit, and SS 304 food-contact parts throughout.

Choose the Right Configuration

Our automatic pasta machine runs PLC-controlled at up to 200 kg/h for high-volume factories. Smaller producers can start with the semi-automatic model at a lower cost, with the same build quality.

Both integrate with our continuous conveyor dryers to complete the line from raw dough to dried, packing-ready pasta.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between automatic and semi-automatic pasta machines?

The automatic model runs PLC-controlled at up to 200 kg/h with minimal manual intervention. The semi-automatic model offers the same SS 304 build quality at a lower entry cost, suited to smaller producers.

What pasta shapes can these machines produce?

Macaroni, penne, fusilli and other short-cut shapes are all possible off the same base machine — you just change the die and cutter setup.

Do you supply drying equipment to complete the line?

Yes. Our continuous conveyor dryers integrate directly with both machine models to take fresh-cut pasta through to a dried, packing-ready product.
